Super hot shower, then laying in bed watching a movie or gaming until I feel recharged.
I love to run trails just being outside in nature is good for me. I like to listen to the animals and look at the beauty of it.
By the time I get back I feel refreshed and am able to deal with life again.

I gotta hang out in my room for a bit with the lights dimmed and my weighted blanket, and usually netflix. Just switch off for a while.
Sleep
A long walk or HIIT workout while listening to music that hypes me up, followed by a warm shower, some relaxing tea and snuggling up in my heated blanket while I read, play video games or watch animal documentaries.
