Me [M24] am confused with my feelings for her [F24]

Hey all, im slowly catching feelings for a girl who is my age too at my workplace who seems to be interested in me too.

Before this, all of my 3 experience with relationships was bad.

1. Ghosted
2. Played
3. She lost feelings

so i decided to prioritize my feelings first before diving into one since then. Although i am attracted to her personality, im not really attracted to her looks.

Im confused now. Although i do have some sort of feelings for her (which is slowly growing stronger), i still feel like i shouldnt go for it. Could this be caused of my past experiences? Or is it because of her looks?

I just want to know if theres any reason for this because i do not want to string her along anymore if there is no point in this. I do not want to hurt her or anyone and play with their feelings.
