have you ever lost a friendship due to miscommunication? when did you reconmect?

As the title says. Have you ever lost a friend because of miscommunication or something that was said or wasn’t said? Did you ever reconnect with that person later in life? And I’m not talking about a day or 2. Maybe months or years before reconnecting?
