The people at my job always want to give high fives & fist bumps. They’ve been excluding me a lot from holiday party’s, secret Santa events, etc. & I’m not interested in treating them in a manner more friendly than I have to. To be honest, being touched is more a sacrifice.
If I were to reject their offers, would it be considered rude?

Why does it matter what others think if you don’t care to be friends with them?
You either fit in with the culture at your work or leave.
