I reach out to people to see how they are doing. I do this because i genuinly care about others. A lot of times people read the message but never respond. Should i quit caring how people are doing and stop asking how they are doing.

    Only the ones who don’t respond. You’re an adult. You can curate your text responses. If no one responds, delete and message 10 new people.
