I 18f and my 19m bf have been dating for 5 months and the other day he let me go on his snap and i saw messages he had with this one girl 3 days before he asked me to be his girlfriend.
He told her she looked so hot and told her to come over to his house. I was beyond disgusted because during this point in our talking stage he was already saying I love you to me and saying how much he appreciated me.
I know we werent dating yet and he wasnt my bf at that time but i feel so heartbroken seeing what he was saying to that girl right before he asked me to be his girlfriend.
Dont get me wrong, he is the most perfect boyfriend ever now. he is so understanding and thoughtful and caring boyfriend ever and would never even look at another girl now. he literally unfollowed all girls on instagram and is so loyal to me.
I just feel really hurt and i dont know if im allowed to feel like this if it was all in the pst

That’s actually really gross… He told you he loved you, but at the same time he told some other woman she was hot and invited her over (presumably for sex)
It doesn’t sound like he loved you at the time when he said it. Maybe he means it now? I know I would always have that in the back of my mind.
I mean, you did some serious digging into his messages. That seems kind of like setting yourself up to fail.
I guess the larger question is what did you really learn here: that when he was single your boyfriend was interested in attractive women? Is this really that surprising?
What was the state of your relationship at that point? How much time were you spending together? Were you sleeping together? What?
