He showed me some in quick glimpses on his phone and we both thought they were so hot. He said he’d send them to me. My half-joking reasoning was that it’s my body in the content and therefore I want to own it.
He’s sent nudes before and so have I, but he’s only let me save photos, not videos. He has lots of solo videos of me though. It’s been more than a week, is it fair for me to be like hey… not to make this like a business transaction but can I get those files?? Or at least tell me if you’ve changed your mind and I’ll respect that! He’s not answering when I ask so idk what the reason could be.

You’re definitely fair to ask for them, if you don’t want it to seem like a business transaction you could word it as “hey I wanna watch those video’s tonight while I get off” or something like that
I did this to a past fwb once. Took a load of photos and videos. She wanted me to send them but suddenly I became super aware of how I looked naked and it took a few days.
However, that was not right nor ok by me tonhave her wait – and it is not right or ok for your fwb either. He should absolutely send it all to you, especially because it is stuff that you yourself are in.
