Hi there I believe that in order to talk to someone it must be a relaxing conversation, so I’m trying to understand how can I understand that kind of environment.

Imagine talking to someone and you give a forcefull read on your interests in a hour plenarium. Imagine that they are in a relativelly bad situation, and you try to help far too much only because you are trying to help. I understood this far to late that sometimes people care but to an extent or they want help to an extent. But they all like a relaxing conversation.

For years I’ve put my best interests upfront and spent copious time in them. With that I lost my simple topics and I really need some help knowing hot to build them again.

I started by asking my friends to play some board games, playing some instruments. But that only helps with people with the same interest as me.

What I want is to know some topics that build a relaxed place, and built from there.

Sorry if it is too much to ask, I was overthinking this far too much time.
