I have long hair down to my ass, whenever I’m doing something that I know is gonna get in my way, I just tie it back
You tie it back.
nothing
Grow it out, dye it brown and run nude. Trying to increase the big Foot sightings in the western US.
My friend has long hair down to his waist since he was in high school. When we used to go running he just pulls it all back into a french braid so it doesn’t go flying everywhere.
Running: a bun with a hat.. no hat; ponytail, even though I would hope no one would see me in the ponytail, I look very silly with one
“Avoid running at all times.”

It usually comes with me. Trailing not far behind
A hair tie? yea. Used to have belt length hair. Just running didn’t require much. When I did mud runs/ OCRs I had to get creative about securing it so it wouldn’t get loose half way through the day.
I should have done the same with my beard. A pound or so of mud in your beard and you notice the weight on your face. But once it dries, give the beard a few whacks and it crumbles away.
My hair’s not long anymore but yeah I’d at the minimum tie it into a ponytail, though even that’s annoying compared to having it in a bun. Letting it free is just a recipe for disaster and irritation.

Braid it, or use a hair tie.

I don’t run
Let it full over my face, the grunting sounds scare people
When I had long hair during the pandemic I tied it into a bun. I’m guessing your hair is not long enough or it’s uncomfortable?
