I think I’ve had it as a minor ingredient in cocktails. Don’t think I’ve ever had it any other way.
I would drink it, as I drink all bitters, the American way by which I mean in a cocktail.
In the US I drink it as a shot. In South America, I drink it with coke.
I’m a bartender at an Italian restaurant, and it’s very popular among bartenders. I love it. Usually with a lager on the side. Delicious with cola as well.
