Just wondering if I can get some perspective here. I’ve been an electrician for 5 years. Had it’s ups and downs and enjoy it for the most part, but also despise parts of it too.
After seeing work from home come into effect I cant help but think how much better it would be. No wasting 1-2.5hrs a day travelling. No breathing in second-hand welding fumes No heat exhaustion. Won’t be broken by 45. The list goes on.
Has anyone made the change or done both? Is it worth me sticking it out or making the change now before I’m older.

I was actually looking into this and also IT. Info technology. I thought you tradesmen make bank? I want a truck lol
