Bi-weekly and no
Twice a month and no, you don’t get to decide that.
Every other Wednesday and no
Every two weeks on Friday and no.
Twice a month, same days each month. No, we cannot change that.
On the 1st and 15th of the month and no, I don’t have a choice.
Every Wednesday and no i don’t get to decide
Bi-weekly. Not given an option.
Once a month for me and my husband
Bi-weekly and it is fixed across the company you can’t decide it.
Weekly and no
Every two weeks on Friday, no option
Every 2 weeks and no.
Weekly, every Friday.
No
Twice a month.
The frequency is set by the employer. The employee knows this upon accepting the job
Jobs can pay weekly, biweekly, monthly, or semi-monthly (which is not the same thing as biweekly)
The vast majority pay biweekly, and it is exclusively the employer who sets the pay period.
Once or twice a month and yes
Pay laws in the US will vary by state, and sometimes region, including frequency. So employers have to follow the applicable regulations for pay frequency.
Generally frequency is weekly, biweekly (every other week), semi monthly (twice a month) or monthly.
Employees have absolutely no say in the frequency they are paid.
Not often enough.
Every other Friday (though my bank now allows me to access my pay two days early). This usually means I get paid twice a month, but twice a year, I get paid three times in one month. And no, I don’t have control over this.
Monthly
Every two weeks and no, my company decides that.
Weekly and no.
Twice a month and no.
Monthly. Can’t choose. However most of us are on nine month contracts so we can either be paid over nine months or spread that over 12.
Once a month, and no 🙁
Every other Friday and no.
I get paid every other week. Your ability to decide is based on your ability to pick between jobs that offer different pay schedules.
