I’m a 6ft 1 guy and very average length (6-6.5 inches). My girl is 5ft 7. I’m having difficulty getting a good entry point into her. Seems like the way she’s positioned, I can only get about a couple inches into her. Perhaps she needs to push her back side out more to open things up? Anyone else have difficulty positioning with doggy before?

Have her on her knees and hands/forearms with her ass up and back arched as much as possible. I find entering at a downward angle not only allows for more depth, but also stimulates her g-spot.
pillows are your friends use them to adjust your girl to the right spot.
She might need to spread her knees out a bit wider. It took my partner and i a while to get it right.
Face to the bed is usually helpful also. You should be able to go really deep
