Some things that I’ve been thinking about. How well can we know someone? We can know about someone, gnosis – that is, to know of facts from small talk, or what’s on a person’s resume.

But is it a waste of effort and time to fully know someone – and that is, to know coming from the greek words ginosko or epiginosko, an intimate know)? Most often than not, what are your goals to start and end conversation? Because as I understand it, it’s difficult to fully know someone (especially if that person is introverted, building walls, or stonewalling).

  1. You should be fully informed on your spouse or buisiness partner at a buisiness level. That’s it. The rest will not impact you on an essential level.
