Depends on the situation. If parents actively pit siblings against one another or blatantly favor one over the other, then yes. However, siblings can just be polar opposites and not get along due to their differing personalities. Growing up, my sister and I did not like each other because of how different we were. Now that we don’t live together, our relationship is much better.
