Folks who couldn’t express their feelings, what’s your story?

  1. I just got on with stuff instead. Dived into work for years until anything I hadn’t processed head on just went away.

  2. I’m usually pretty out of touch with how I feel. I’ll usually only figure it out in hindsight, like *damn, I’ve felt like shit these last few months* or something like that.

    I can handle things way better than most people I know. Not much fazes me. It’s not conducive to close relationships though
