Spotting and Bloody Discharge intimate activities

So during the start of my fertility window, my boyfriend and I did a lot of intimate activities. We did not have intercourse, but had oral sex, he fingered me for quite a bit, and we grinded each other.

The only “risk” there was was that while I was grinding him, he started to cum and it dripped through his underwear. I wasn’t wearing underwear myself, but him and I don’t recall it touching/going near my femine part (vagina or vulva). And we both know not to finger if there’s semen on it.

For the next 4 days after that night, I have been getting either dry-ish brown blood, red spotting, or little bit of red bloody pulps in my discharge.

I am not sure if this is a sign of early pregnancy or just cuz the fingering was rough and my vagina had some bleeding from it.
Could someone talk on their experience or knowledge. I’m kinda paranoid and internet keeps saying pregnancy.
