Hi everyone! F(19) know I’m overthinking this but my boyfriend M(20) left me on read over like 10 hours ago after I sent him the usual good morning I love you! Text when I got to class he responded said I love you I miss you etc and I asked him how he slept and he just left me on read?

I usually call him when I get done with my classes but he’ll usually at least respond once, we’ve established a cute routine and we don’t keep in constant contact throughout the day but when I have class I’ll send him a good morning text, maybe one more 4 hours later and I’ll call him after I get out before I go to work and it’s just kinda unlike him to not even respond?

Our mutual friend asked me to go to the gym and he causally came up in conversation because she was talking about him to her tinder match and I asked like if she heard from him because they usually get together smoke in the afternoon and she said yeah like 30 mins ago.

I don’t know I sound obsessive but I’m the more introverted person in our relationship who values their alone time and I’ve been very busy this week so we haven’t talked that much or spent a lot of quality time together and we made plans to hang out with my best friend and her boyfriend so I kinda wanna know what’s going on?

Idk if I just swallow my pride or wait for him to reach out? I had a really rough day and I just wanted to talk to him before I went to work and figure out what’s going on.

  1. Edited comment. Thought he was your friend not boyfriend.

He probably just not at his phone. I mean if you say this all the time then he probs just busy doing something and doesn’t want to have a convo at the moment. Just let him clarify what happened when he gets back.

I also suggest that u guys work on communication skills because this looks like it could be a problem in the future, and usually is in relationships. If he wants time alone he should be direct and say it.

It could be something else but that’s beyond the scope of assumptions I can make based off this post.

  2. Sounds more like a r/relationship post,
From what I’ve seen, the topic here is more about difficulties trying to make contact and create a bound with people, it seems you’re searching what to do with someone you’re already familiar with so maybe try in this sub,
