Multi vitamin, skin hair nails vitamin, magnesium and iron. I just take them all at once after lunch
The type and order of vitamins I take depends on my individual needs. Generally, I take a multivitamin, vitamin D, omega-3s, probiotics, and magnesium. I also take additional supplements as needed, such as B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, and iron.
B12 and vitamin D. Take them together with breakfast
The order in which vitamins are taken depends on individual needs and preferences. Some of the most common vitamins taken include: Vitamin A, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, and Zinc.
Iron and B12. Then I take a women’s multi vitamin
Sea moss, fenugreek, ashwagana, Maca, vitamin c, zinc, collagen, vitamin b12, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, slippery elm, St. John’s wort, and vitamin D
Zinc. I have a weirdly unshakable chronic severe deficiency.
Vitamin D when I wake up in the morning, Zinc morning and night.
Vitamin D and a pregnancy/breastfeeding multivitamin, at the same time.
B Complex, Vitamin D, Zinc and Turmeric, all in one handful once a day 😂

Elderberry, skin and nails, multi, apple cider vinegar, c and d3 at lunch. B vitimins too if I remember. Next batch at bedtime: gaba, something that starts with an A that I can’t pronounce, theanine, tryptophan, glycine and melatonin at bedtime. Plus a mankuka honey drop at bedtime because my vocal coach/best friend(her husband’s been my best friend for over 50 yrs)says I need to to help my throat heal after my third bout of covid.
I take Centrum Silver for Women over 50 after breakfast every day. It’s a very comprehensive multi-vitamin.
