Hey everyone, I am curious to see if what I am experiencing is the norm. In my early 20s I use to go multiple rounds without long refractory periods(at most 2 minutes) and I stayed hard all through. I remember going more than 8 rounds in a single day, I was dating a nymph back then. However, I can’t go more than 1 round in my mid 30s in a day. I feel very tired and drain. My refractory period is a day now. Should I be seeking a doctor or what should I be doing?

  1. Welcome to the onset of middle age. The saving grace is now you can appreciate what you have and your partners more.

  2. Stay in shape, eat well and limit alcohol. I’m 41 and can do a round in the morning and evening. Working on trying to do back to back rounds. I can feel when I start to stray from work out regime and eat garbage it affects me in the bedroom.

  3. Nature is cruel to mate. Science says middle age actually happens starting in our 30s. Make the one round worth it!

  4. Even in my younger years, I was a “One-and-done” type. Still am. I give the one round my all. I will please my partner to no end, but after I finish, I’m KO’ed.

  5. Mid 30’s. Sounds like testosterone is diminishing. Get that checked and keep a bottle of viagra nearby if you want to go multiple rounds. This combo has been good to me (47m)

  6. Limit alcohol get in great shape. I’m 65 almost 66 can do it. My wife being really into it makes it incredible, but sometimes she’s done.
