So just to add further context, we have had a call before and we send voice messages via Telegram/Instagram although twice in a row now he has ignored me when I try to initiate another voice call..
The first call we had (he initiated) we got into a bit of a debate, but it was friendly, not as if we pissed each other off or anything.. but I’m just wondering, what could be making him feel reluctant to have a other voice call? It feels strange to me.
tl;dr guy friend doesn’t seem to want to engage in voice calls anymore

He’s avoidant – this means you should stop trying and expect waaaay less from this dude
Not everyone likes social phone calls. I’m one of them. I dodge them every time. Just hang out in person or talk through text.
