You need a full hormone panel and a pelvic to be clear on the cause of the bleeding.
No matter the cause of the bleeding, it may be taking a toll. Do not ignore it.

My best guess, having never seen you, is that the endometrial lining is thin and unstable due to the hormonal birth control. If that proves to be the case, we have some ways to deal with it.
