So as the title suggests… how do I make these stick? Like there are a lot of good qualities for me to be confident and feel good but its really hard to get them to stick.

For example, I was told by a few good friends that I am more confident than I think i am and also the qualities they like about me. However, it felt good for a little after but now after a few days it feels as if it didn’t happen. Or I tell myself, “you’re worth it, you’re an amazing guy” etc.

I keep trying to remind myself of these and I know these qualities but how do I make these stick with me and legitimately “feel” those attributes. Maybe I don’t trust it/believe myself as much?

Hopefully this made sense, thoughts?

  1. Affirmations don’t stick because you don’t really believe them. Once you actually BELEIVE them (because they are true) NO ONE could convince you otherwise.

    So the first job is to EARN your affirmations.
