He could be throwing off ur ph?
If you feel like that might be the cause, just stop doing it.
Drink a lot of water (if your pee is yellow, drink more.. if its transparent, you’re good) and eat healthy.
Vagina is self cleaning (aka don’t use anything to wash inside of your vaginal canal) so it should be alright in a few days.
If it does not get better in a few days, visit your gynecologist.
An itchy vagina could just be irritation, but could also be a yeast infection or something else — especially since you have a change in discharge. If it’s lasted more than a couple of days, see a doctor.
Worth seeing a doctor for this. I’d also take into consideration any products you may use that could have come into contact with your clothes and vulva, such as perfumes, deodorants, laundry detergent, fabric softener ect.
If your underwear and/or pants are too tight, with just a little moisture that alone can cause an issue like a yeast infection.
