I’ve had this since I can remember and I googled a lot but didn’t find anything and it never occurred to me that it might not be normal. My problem is basically that when I’ve had sex, used a fleshlight of some sorts or even when gotten a handjob/masturbating with lube the topside of the tip hurts so bad that I immediately lose all lust and have to stop for a moment. It feels like rubbing sandpaper over my penis but only at that spot. I’ve never managed to ejaculate during sex itself but had to masturbate afterwards. I am 21 now so I’ve known this problem for about 6 years now and nothing ever changed. I got circumcized as a young kid if that has something to do with it. It really annoys me that I can barely have any pleasure. I have never talked about it with anyone so I thought I might just take it to you guys and ask you for advice. Any ideas what the cause could be?

If you’ve been circumcised, chances are they did a poor job.
Seek medical attention.
This is very hard to answer as we aren’t doctors and you shouldn’t ask for medical advice on here. I’d be a man about it and just go to a doctor honestly!
Though remember that the tip is very sensitive so you might have done something in the past that hurt your nerves there
