I follow someone on tiktok who isnt big, just cool vibes and shares a lot of my interests and i think itd be cool if we were friends, but i can only really know by getting to know them. I assumed we were mutuals for a while but i checked and we arent, idk if its bc we never were or they removed me, which makes asking to be mutuals risky. So how does it work?
