The social skill scenes is full of hacks. I’m sure everyone here is more or less aware of that. There are also those that, while having genuinely good intentions, just don’t know what they’re talking about.

Issue is that it seems more or less impossible to differentiate those two groups, call them the know-nots, from those with actually good advice. The only way one can test the validity of their ideas is by applying them and “compiling” results over months. Not only can this permanently damage social status, it can also lead to failure anxiety.

Are any of you aware of a solution? Optimally, is there data-based social advice anywhere? This way I wouldn’t have to suffer through the application phase myself, and could instead learn from the suffering of others lol.
