Why do you want to stop? Just curious
But you could replace it with erotica. Wattpad, romance novels, or audio porn is popular. Or, look for better stuff in r/chickflixxx
Being able to chose your thoughts and actions is tougher than most people realize. They both take effort.
If you really want to stop, consider what you are doing when the urge arises and try to get in front of the urge. You can still be sexual without porn. I personally don’t look at much porn but I don’t think it’s bad.
Me and my boyfriend are both teens (16) and going to have our first time in the summer when I go to his house.
I lost my virginity at age 14 so I’m not worried abt that. But it’s my first time with him.
How do I tell him. That I am nervous to have sex with him. Although he is very supportive of making me feel comfortable. But that still doesn’t make me less nervous. Thing is we also want to have kids and we understand the responsibilities of being teen parents.
Any ideas on how to make me less nervous abt this?
Nothing wrong with porn especially when you are single, experience it, use it to your advantage, make your personal masturbation better, find the porn that really makes you soaking wet.
Here’s something to think about. Porn can easily be addictive just like meth, alcohol or sex. In fact they are all treated by the same type mental health and addiction therapists. This is why your health insurance should cover costs of treatment should you ever feel the need to get some kind of help.
Research porn addiction on the net to learn what may work for you. CAUTION – NSFW! DO NOT DO THIS AT YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT OR ON YOUR WORK COMPUTER – OR – ON COMPANY TIME. And even be careful at home if you don’t live alone or share a computer. Search for ” porn addiction help “. You’ll get a list of really promising websites addressing all types of porn addiction services and even self treatment ideas. Maybe treatment therapy is for you, maybe not. Either way, if you can’t stop on your own please get help.
Also, set up an alias email address with an assumed name. This will make it easier to seek help anonymously and communicate discretely if necessary. I use mine to keep my other more formal email addresses free of most spam and for any site that asks for an address and you’re unsure of how they will use that information.
Good luck!
Stop watching it or stop wanting to watch it? If you are wanting to watch it, but aren’t actually watching it, the urge will eventually fade away. In other words, you stop wanting to watch porn by not watching porn.
If you find yourself watching it anyway when you want to stop, that’s different.
