When I talk to people I think look hot at all I can’t help but drool basically. In my daily life I work my ass off and am in charge of many things. When it comes to stuff like this I fold an then I can’t make decisions or think thoughts. I’d like to talk to these people as if they are people but I think my anxiety might be what’s getting to me.
How to do I talk to someone I find attractive and not just stare at them?

I remember that they’re humans. I keep the sexual thoughts in my head and acknowledge them as such.
