What habits do you do to improve your self-esteem?

  1. Exercise is a great one for me. I like swimming and cycling and yes, I consider them habits.

Also thinking about yourself from the outside actively helps me moderate my behaviour to fit into society and one of the important questions I ask myself frequently is “what can I do right now that these people want from me, how can I show my value” That helps me act in a way that people positively respond to and that is the key. If people value you, then it is easier to start the journey to self esteem.

  2. Every time someone says something nice to me or I do something that I’m proud of, I write it in my phone notes. When I’m down, I open it and read through them. I also read through them on most nights.

  3. Exercise, once I got into good shape my whole life improved

Got better sleep, felt waaaaaaaay more confident, I was approached by guys more, being fit is fun as fuck and 100% Worth the work.

  4. Yoga helped me a lot.
Also, I basically only follow midsize and plus size woman on social media now – seeing woman that have similar body size and realizing how amazing and pretty they are helps me to realize that I’m just as amazing.
