Why do people STILL say bless you when sneezing??? I just want to sneeze in peace without being acknowledged or thanking someone for saying a stupid phrase after I sneeze. I will sometimes try my hardest to keep my sneezes in so I don’t have to say “thank you” to a stranger that’s never spoken to me before but feels the need to say bless you. Shut up, let me sneeze alone

  1. You want the solution to be for others to change. Well, they wont. That will never be the solution, to this problem or any other. Seeking out solutions that arent dealing with your own feelings and reactions will leave you forever frustrated

  2. They bless you to stop the demons from going back in when you’ve sneezed them out.

It’s seen as a kind thing that just became a manners thing.

I have people who’ve given out when no one said bless me after they sneezed 🤧
I say bless me to myself if no ones there 🤣

  3. Since I moved to CA, I feel like I’ve noticed the opposite. But honestly, I like a good bless you. Makes me feel seen.. and blessed

  4. Wow you need to get over yourself. You sound pretty self centered and Inconsiderate. It’s called being polite. “God bless you” comes from those that take the time to acknowledge you through politeness.

  5. You’re a mean jellybean. Next you’ll be whining about how no one gives a shit about you.
