Masturbating or sex will not change your labia. All women have different labia shapes and sizes and they are all beautiful
The labia can sometimes grow slightly due to hormonal changes, just like with breasts it can be asymmetrical
Talk to your OB/GYN, they will reassure you, that your Labia doesn’t change shape from normal masturbation.
If you do something kinky (like stretching it artifically) then yes, of course, but regular masturbation won’t change it. Especially not over several DAYS.
