I’ve (M) met my next door neighbor a couple of times and had some conversations with him and he’s pretty cool. Would it be weird for me to write a letter and leave it at their door asking if they wanted to hangout? (With one of our other neighbors that he knows as well)

    Just knock and ask or the next time you have a chat with them invite them

  2. It’s cool to leave a “note” inviting your neighbor to join you and another for an outing. Clearly you don’t have his number, so how else do you make contact? You could knock on his door but then he might be asleep or busy. Yup~ the note is a good move.
