The US will vanish tomorrow. You are allowed to pick a new homeland. Where would you live?

5. Vanish as in government collapse? Still live in Texas.

   Vanish as in Atlantis under the sea? Probably the Philippines. Always enjoyed my trips there

6. Russian Federation. Might as well be on the winning team since the US is gone and it’s probably a little better than the PRC.

9. Coin toss between Ireland for the people or Canada because I have family there

16. If you mean that the fist of God, obliterated the US… Then I’d rather be in the Philippines. Well, if the government collapsed I’d want the same anyway.

17. Canada. Almost entirely because integrating into Canadian culture would be easier than anywhere else on the planet.

    However, if that wasn’t an obstacle for whatever reason, I’d probably choose Switzerland.

24. I’ll stay right where I am in the Netherlands but I really hope the US will wait a few more months before it vanishes because else I have to pick a new destination for my vacation this year

27. Before I go, just curious. Are Canadians just as polarized when it comes to differing opinions as Americans are?
