I understand that erections can happen for any reason and are not always synonymous with sexual desire, but still under certain circumstances, can erections be a sign of sexual attraction? like for example if I get erections whenever I have sexual fantasies about a woman?

  1. Yeah getting a boner about sexual fantasies is pretty much how it works hehe, yes getting hard is a sign of sexual attraction.

  2. Penises tend to respond to sexual fantasies. Don’t confuse stimulation with desire. They’re very different things. Also, brains can get off to things that there’s no way we want in real life. Kinda like we can fly in our dreams, but not in real life. Many people have fantasies about things they’d never want in real life.
