Will being egotistical make people more likely to insult you?

1. Many people don’t like people that brag, even if it’s true.
   I stopped showing people things I like, because it seemed like they didn’t give a damn, or if I did something I wanted to talk about and it came off as brag.

   I don’t understand why people see it this way tho, I like when a friend tells me something they are proud of, or if they got some new things they want to talk about. But mostly people don’t like it 🙂

2. Well yes. For a different reason. It’s not your ego that they want to pull down. It’s their ego that is hurt by your achievements. Hence they try to pull you down so that you are more in the right level of their own ego

3. Man, I’m not trying to insult you. Why would I even lie with what I say if I don’t even care about you. I did in fact said what I see about you, like skinny eyebrows, thin lips, and the fact that you don’t look like Alain Delon. For your good, stop coping by asking random people what you want to hear.
