I have a new partner and our toy collection is building. How do u safely store your sex toys (dildos and vibrators)? The lady at the sex store said we could put each toy in a clean sock and have them in like a dresser drawer. Is this a good idea?

Also how do you clean your toys after use? we both this cleaner spray and usual just spray it down and wipe it off with a clean towel or blanket. is this good enough?

  1. Currently I have a dildo suction cupped to the top of my dresser. A glass dildo laying on the floor of my bathroom and my vibrator is on the back of my couch. Lmao I use soap and water for the silicone toys. I use alcohol wipes for the glass toy. I also use condoms for the silicone dildo between me and my partner to keep it clean. Have fun.

  2. I have a fit foam case for the expensive stuff that travels. I’ve got a drawer for the ones that stay at home.

  3. I just use an unscented soap and water. For storage, I’ve heard that it’s not good to let them touch, as the materials can start to co-mingle and degrade. I imagine wrapping in plastic could be bad for similar reasons, in addition to not letting any residual moisture dry up and breeding bacteria/mildew. I just wrap each in a cotton cloth and store in a drawer.

  4. I clean mine with regular soap and water. Some came with their own pouches, so I store them in their own pouch with their chargers in cardboard boxes under the bed. If the toys are platinum silicone, they will not react with each other and melt.

  8. I use antibacterial soap and water to clean normally, boil them every once in a while. As for storage…I have cube like furniture and have them all on display! Easy access and aesthetically pleasing.
