How to tell someone that I don’t want them to come to my wedding

I feel like straight up saying that I don’t want her to come is rude, or if I say she can’t come she’ll ask why and I don’t want to answer that lol. There’s nothing wrong with her (edit because someone down voted my post and I Don’t know if it’s cuz of the sentence but when I say there’s nothing wrong with her I mean she’s a nice person Like there is no reason for me not to like her I just personally Don’t want to be her) , I simply don’t like her. I don’t know why but if I see that someone texts me I gotta answer. I know this isn’t the best solution but when she If she can come I just say oh I don’t have the guest list ready yet but the wedding is now a 9 days and obviously I have a guest list. But she hasn’t got an invitation she hasn’t been invited and she keeps asking me where the wedding is and I just gave her a vague answer but how do I get her to stop without being rude? I’m socially awkward so I don’t want to come off as rude.
