If have never felt this way, what do you think you need to achieve/have to feel this way?

Period products. When I’m in places where I don’t know the language, I sometimes end up buying the ones with parfume
I don’t even go on a day trip without a portable fan, wet wipes and a power bank.
Small cross-body bag that can keep my phone, passport, and other important items secure.
I love my luggage cubes, they make it so easy to pack & isolate dirty laundry etc.
I have a travel charger case that holds all my various chargers and a power brick
Good noise cancelling headphones for the plane/train.
I took a lot of time finding the perfect size carry on for me that holds my essentials and fits under the seat on a plane, once I check my bag it’s a breeze. My go-to over the shoulder travel purse even fits inside it
I’ve been in a long-distance relationship for 5+ years; some of my must-haves include:
* a cardigan for the plane (they’re almost always chilly even if it’s hot outside)
* an eye mask incase a nap becomes necessary
* headache pills and nausea pills
* luggage cubes for organizing clothing
* multiple entertainment devices (Kindle, Switch, etc.)
Ultimately all you need is credit card and passport. A phone is also very helpful.
-comfy backpack with lots of pockets
-uniqlo fanny pack/bumbag (fits so much)
-comfy sneakers
-pocket laundry detergent for easy laundry in sink
-packing cubes
-portable charger with good amount of mAH
Power bank, Kindle, Galaxy buds, SPF sunscreen, lipbalm, wet wipes. I keep “emergency” condoms in a purse because you never know.
Hotspot 🙂
Lots of books. I travel alone and when I’m in a restaurant or waiting at a bus station I want something to do and not be bothered by strangers.
1) sturdy hiking backpack- I’ve traveled all over the world with it and even though I have physical disabilities it’s far easier to travel with than roller bags, duffel bags, or anything else. They’re comfortable to carry across airports, across cities, they fit as carryon baggage, and still hold 2-3 weeks worth of travel gear if you pack right and use space bags
2) aforementioned space bags. I wouldn’t travel without them
3) Castille bar soap. It’s so much more convenient than anything else, and you can use it to wash clothes too if you need to.
4) international plug surge protector
5) Salomon trail shoes. The best there are. I wouldn’t travel anywhere without them.
6) body glide. The last thing you want while you’re traveling is chafed skin, and it’s almost impossible to find it at random pharmacies
Sneakers, because my husband will definitely be like “LeT’s JuSt WaLk tO tHe ReStAuRaNt.” 😜
A travel sized steamer!
My own pillow and bedsheets
my sanity, but most likely I lost it on the flight
Power bank! I can’t tell you the amount of times my phone has been at 25% and I need the map to get where I’m going. I carry a charged bank and charging cable in my purse at all times.
