So I developed this habit of holding my pelvic muscles when masturbating. I started this as it was funny how my sperm came out with a lot of pressure and it felt good. But now I am getting a little concerned as this has become a habit and may affect me in the future. I literally hold them every time unconsciously. Please guide me.

  1. Relax your pelvic floor. Do hip stretching and try to intentionally relax during masturbation. You shouldnt hold your pelvic muscles all the time.
