Hello, me (m18) and (f19) have been having some “sleepovers”. And on the third one, I ended up fingering her. I know for a fact it was her first time doing something sexual. I really felt like it, so I asked if we should just do it. She then proceeded to answer with “shouldn’t we save it for another good time. It happened last Saturday. I’m m going to sleep at her place on Friday, so I ask agin. And if yes what do I say?

She clearly likes you. She’s invited you over again. Don’t go into the situation with any sort of ‘goal’ in mind, and I don’t think you should ask her for sex again. Just let the intimacy that happens flow naturally, keep her inexperience in mind, and be very attentive.
If she broaches the topic of sex conversationally, then ask her what she’d like to try. It sounds like there’s still a whole bunch that would be brand new to her that she might want to dive into first.
