Why do I struggle to have the same confidence around woman like I do with my male friends?

I’m a 27 y.o. female.

I find it much easier to be friends with men. I feel like I can be 100% myself. I don’t care if I am being judged.

Whereas, with women I am insecure. I’m afraid of being rejected or being judged. I try to hard to be funny. I am very careful with how I present myself.

Why can’t I just carry myself with confidence??
