(NO CONTACT) it really really works, but it isn’t easy. And with acceptance that it’s over and that the situation is out of your control.
Limited to no contact firstly. However, it is more important to find answers within. If it was a healthy relationship, why did it end? Did you no longer feel attracted? Did you have internal issues to resolve, did you have a long distance situation?
The reasons underpinning the break up of a healthy relationship must be dissected, understood, processed and key conclusions must be drawn. That process takes some time…but there is always learning to be done. Sometimes listening to other people’s stories (not people you know who may be biased) can help with that.
