Kind on an odd question for everyone here but what are your thoughts on people staring? Especially when they’re rudely staring for an amount of time It gets VERY annoying quick, I have anxiety so I get easily annoyed by it

  1. in the long term you need to find why it annoys you and also the source of your anxiety.

    in the short term, can you ignore it? there’s no use thinking about others behaviour. learning mindfulness meditation can help with this. whenever you feel anxiety you can train your mind to become aware of how the anxiety manifests in your body. overtime it will reduce your automatic response of feeling anxious.
