What industry made up of mostly men do you prefer to keep it that way?

4. None, having a gender balance leads to better results (according to the HBR anyway).

5. Drag queens? Not that I am against Transwomen, Non-binary people or Ciswomen as Drag queens, but I feel like part of the appeal and the art is transforming a very masculine body into a representation of hyper feminity. And if the market was completely taken over by women, it would be unfortunate in my opinion. Not that we’re even remotely close to that happening, though. Right now, non cis-male performers seem to face far too much pushback.

9. Back country skiing. Men just don’t get lost in the woods anymore and I’m glad they’re keeping that tradition going.

11. I don’t prefer it kept that way but…my industry would be mostly men and that’s fine.

    It’s a more masculine job, it attracts more men than women.

    And we shouldn’t hire more women into it because there are more men – whoever is good at the job should get the jobs.

    I am against hiring/not hiring based on sex/gender – it goes both ways.
