I’ve procrastinated for too long in terms of doing something about my social anxiety. I’d like to take steps towards it and I think making a group where we do exposure challenges would be a good start. We would be able to support each other and hold each other accountable and celebrate wins! I already have a list of challenges separated into tiers based on how uncomfortable the challenge is. It’s safe to say I’m still on the first tier 😅 so anyone interested in joining lemme know!
