Ok so here’s my situation, a couple of years ago after battling with a relatively short frenulum (I was able to uncover the glans fully, but no further than that, which made sex painful 70% of the times, and always had pain afterwards) I decided to go for the frenuloplasty, with laser, apparently everything went fine, but after a couple of months i’ve tried to had sex to discover it was incredibly painful, 20 times worse than before, didn’t get any better, so i went to the doctor again and he told me we could fix it with a second surgery, so one month after that we did it, second frenuloplasty, more invasive than the first one. That was almost a year ago now, and it still has not been fully healed, it seems more flexible when flacid, but the foreskin doesn’t go further than a couple of millimeters past the corona when hard, and the whole zone hurts when is in contact with something, when penetration (even with a condom) or even washing it. Went to see 3 doctors and nobody has a f\*\*\*\* clue of what’s happening.
Anyone had any idea why this is happening? Is Its driving me crazy

  1. Wow, that really sucks. My boyfriend had phimosis and got a circumcision as an adult, and he said it made sex way better. Sounds to me like your foreskin is still just causing you problems and the minor surgeries aren’t working, why don’t you look into just getting a full circumcision. Then you won’t have to worry about the foreskin being tight or not retracting, etc.

  2. It’s not unusual for the foreskin to bunch up behind the glans when fully retracted. Were you looking for the foreskin to fully smooth out along the shaft?

Is it your frenulum, glans, or foreskin that is painful when touched?
