I always find it hard to articulate my thoughts in proper words, when I explain it is either too long or too less when I talk. If I had to explain about stuff I know, I don’t do a good job explaining it. My thoughts are too fast to process them into words and communicate.
Is anybody familiar with this issue? If yes how do I work and improve on my communication skills

  1. practise telling stories in front of a mirror or even record yourself telling a story and see where you are going wrong

  2. I found journaling to be incredibly helpful for this. I was in the same boat a few years ago, and after implementing a consistent and deliberate journaling practice, I’m pretty comfortable slowing down.

    On top of journaling, speaking more either on your own out loud, or with people who you’re comfortable with can be helpful too since the stakes will feel lower in your body.
