Mass-uh-chew-sets. My dad grew up on the East Coast though, so I may not be the most representative answer for my state’s accent. Mass-ah-*chu*-sets
I’ve only ever heard it pronounced one way and I say it like that.
Mass a CHU sits

Massachusetts is easy to pronounce, just like its many towns like Worcester, Leominster, and Reading.
Mass uh Choo Sits.
I won’t repeat what everyone else has said… but I will say that I have encountered multiple people who seem to think the Ts are for show. They are not.
