1. Every weekend but never for the whole weekend

2. 2 max and sometimes only 1. I prefer being to myself on the weekends. Already too much socialising throughout the week in the office and commute

3. I managed to do that once a while back but I think because Im so used to being at home my anxiety would start if I went out so I stay in instead lol
